With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Thompson of Cornell, Michigan, who passed away on December 12, 2020 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alfred Thompson to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Art Thompson and Lillian Thompson (Ring); his children, Sheri DeGrave (Kelly) of Chattanooga, Tenn., Cindy Stotz (Larry) of Frederic, Wis., Dr. Dennis Thompson (Sandra) of Ooltewah, Tenn., Daniel Thompson, Sr. (Jamie) of Ooltewah, Tenn. and Connie Schwark (Rodney) of Chattanooga, Tenn.; his siblings, Margaret Knecht (Thompson) and Nels Thompson (Beth); and his wife Juanita Thompson (Carlson). He was also cherished by in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends and family.
Out of respect for the community in this pandemic, the family will be deferring a memorial service until May 28, 2021.
