He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Woolworth and Ila Woolworth (Seaton); his son Tony Woolworth; his grandson Tyler Mondrella; his son-in-law David Childs; his siblings, Gilda Teeter (Homer) and Francis Woolworth (Audrey); and his brother-in-law Clyde LeClear.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Fredenburg; his children, Christine Mondrella (David), Charles Woolworth, Jill Childs and David James Woolworth; his grandchildren, Allen (Carissa), Alicia (Shawn), Makayla, Madison and Bianca; his great grandchildren, Ava, Remington, Andie, Charlie, Rylee and Morgan; and his siblings, Phil Woolworth (Wanda), Jim Woolworth (Dorene), Larry Woolworth (Janet), Maynard Woolworth (Ila), Ivan Woolworth (Janet), Phyllis Woolworth, Rene LeClear, Opal Ball (Irv) and Mary Tiede (Merline).

Masks and social distancing will be required at the funeral home and church.
