He is survived by: his wife Jill Spencer; his son Doug Spencer (Heather); his grandchildren, Raelynn and Jase Spencer; his siblings, Althea Anne Spencer, Luann Doornbos (Arlyn), Roseann Sessions (Mike), Susanne Veeneman (Dan), Allen Spencer (Lori), Patrick Spencer (Teresa), Wayne Spencer (Jeri) and Katie Walker (Joe); and also Vicky Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
