It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Barkel of Coopersville, Michigan, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Barkel (Davidson); his daughter Deb; his son-in-law Mike Wiggins; his grandson Brian Wiggins; and his cousin Joel (Dawn Barkel). He is also survived by cousins and special friends.
