Maureen Ione (Norris) Leach Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2024, at the age of 101, Maureen Ione (Norris) Leach of Coopersville, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bayard Struble and Esther Struble (Alderman); her husband Fred "Fritz" Leach; her son Jack Leach; her granddaughter Carmen Peterson; and her in-laws, Phyllis Behm (Howard), Budd Norris (Betty), Rex Carrow (Patty) and Robert Struble (Hannah Rae).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Gwen Leach; her grandsons, Michael Leach (Amy) and Billy Peterson; and her great grandchildren, Paige Leach, Parker Leach and Tate Peterson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She also volunteered with Reach to Recovery for the American Cancer Society and was an avid Detroit Tigers Fan.
