He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Powers and Gordon S. Powers; and his siblings, David Powers and Marilyn Powers. He is survived by: his wife Mary Powers (Irish); his children, Gordon J. Powers, Jr., Greg Powers (Lynn), Rose Hendricks (Tim), Ann DeWitt (John) and Mike Powers; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Emery (Ken), Melissa DeWitt, Amanda Powers (Mike VanderMeer), Mark Powers, Jordan Hendricks, Scott Hendricks and Nicholas Hendricks; and his great grandchild Gabriel Emery. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
