He is survived by: his children, Fred Bennink (Teresa), Michelle Bennink and Brandon Bennink; his grandchildren, Dakota, Caleb, Griffin, Zachary and Hunter; his brothers, Robert Moore (Donna) and Lester DeMott (Jeana); his siblings-in-law, George Wynsma (Kitty), Robert Wynsma and Diana Krupiczewicz (Al); his aunt Theresa Bennink; his cousin Veda Mekkes; and his close friend Leonard Beck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
