She is survived by: her husband Charles Vladika; her children, Christina Vladika, Elizabeth Geivett and Charles Vladika II (Mindi); her grandchildren, Brandon, Luis, Alexandria, Nicholas, Samantha, Matthew and Ayden; her great grandchild Oakley; her siblings, Nicholas E. Lanning (Sharon) and Mary Polonowski (Charles); and her siblings-in-law, Donna Walcott, Charlene Modak and Gary Vladika. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
