She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Morgan and Georgia Morgan (Lewis); her husband Harvey Otterbein; her daughters, Julie Morris and Diane Titus; her brother Richard Morgan; her sisters-in-law, Beverly Morgan and Susan Morgan; and her great grandchild Isaac Scott Otterbein.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Otterbein (Carol), Mark Titus, Tom Otterbein (Cindy), Marcia Lowing (Mike) and John Otterbein (Gina); her grandchildren, Nicole VanOeffelen (Scott), Christopher Otterbein (Susan), Scott Otterbein (Angie), Neil Titus, Brian Titus (Carrie), Becky VanVelzen (Kurt), Lisa Bolek (Tony), Kelly Szatkowski (Brandon), Shaena Lemmen (Alex), Anna Otterbein-Garcia (Anna Karina), Brad Lowing (Samantha), Brooke Otterbein (Owen Stepanovich), Johnathan Otterbein, Skylar Swifink, Jeremy Morris (Alyssa Baskerville), Sarah Morris and Heather Morris; her brothers, Edward Morgan (Madeline) and Charles Morgan; and also Sarah Whipple. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
