He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Patterson; and his mother-in-law Eva Kasper. He is survived by: his wife Susan Patterson; his mother Phyllis Patterson; his brother Tim Patterson (Linda); his children, Tammy Callahan (Ben), Tim Hillman (Shane) and Donn Freiberger (Karen); and his grandchildren, Amber Woolpert (Eric), Alexis Muskovin, Baylie Tyron, Brittany Freiberger, Derek Freiberger (Carol), Jake Hillman and MaryBeth Tran (Nathan).
