He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Balkon and Agnes Balkon (Balsitis); and his wife Cassandra "Sandy" Balkon. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Balkon (Patti) and David Balkon (Renee); his grandchildren, Zachary Balkon (Jeremiah Jamieson), Caleb Balkon (Britni Steele), Sydney Balkon, Samantha Balkon, Travis (Allissia Ream) and Emylee Balkon; and his great grandchild Ivy Rose Balkon. He is also survived by children he took in and many special nieces and nephews.
