He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Sprik; his siblings, Lila Vonk (John), Marian Demos (Ed), Reverend Hubert Sprik (Barb), Calvin Sprik and Ernest Sprik; and his siblings-in-law, William Holman, Jack Holman, Jack Jacobs and Karen Holman.

He is survived by: his parent Bert Sprik; his wife Virginia Nell (Holman); his siblings, Cecile Hoeksema (James) of Seattle, WA, Thelma Zandstra (John) of Greensburg, IN and Reverend Ronald Sprik (Judy) of Belmont, MI; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Natalie, Isabel, Isaac, Quintin Steers, Bryce, Bronwyn, Kian, Keeley and Cora Sprik; his siblings-in-law, Joyce Jacobs, Pat Holman, Kathy Holman, Roger Holman, Richard Holman (Paula), Jon Holman, Daniel Holman (Sue) and Stephen Holman (Christine); and also, Cena Sprik (Bolt), Pamela Jo Steers (Andrew), Robert Dale, Sara Dawn Sprik and Trevor William Sprik (Amy Fritsch). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
