She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Heintz and Virginia Heintz (Karasinski); and her husband Leo Courtade. She is survived by: her children, Paul Courtade (Melissa) and Katie Courtade; her brothers, Jim Heintz (Mary Ann), Tom Heintz (Glenda) and Al Heintz (Philomena); and her brother-in-law Ray Courtade (Sue). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
