He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Bennink; his sons, Ben Bennink and Sam Kaleta (Erick); his grandchildren, Axel Bennink and Bruce Kaleta; his siblings, Morris Bennink (Lynn), Ruth Garvelink (Bob), Irma Rotman and Bonnie Buitendorp (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Finkbeiner, Cindy Miller (Rich), Sue Feliconi (Mike) and Lora Boroff (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
