He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Savage and Rose Savage (Reider); his wife Evelyn Tanguay; and his sisters, June, Dorothy, Lucille, Marie and Lorraine.
He is survived by: his sons, Randall Savage (Terry), Michael Savage (Christine) of Manistique and Patrick Savage (Lillyan); his grandchildren, Linda Erickson (Glenn) of Rapid River, Craig, Wade, Tanya, Tara, Luke, Glenn, Katie, John and Wendy; and his sister Betty Knoph of Manistique. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cooks Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the Inwood Township Hall (1040 County Rd 442, Cooks, MI 49817).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations made in Leslie's memory be directed to the VFW of Manistique.
