He was predeceased by: his father Alfred G. Orr. He is survived by: his mother Verna C. Orr (Desjarden); his wife Amy Jo Roberts; his son Doug Jr. Doug; his nieces and nephews, Tahlia and Kayla; his son Little Dougie of Cooks; and his sisters, Cheryl Ranguette (Patrick) of Fairport and Penny McKay (Randy) of Fairport. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to establish an education fund for his son.
