He is survived by: his former wife Dawn Marie McDaniel; his children, Richard Lee McDaniel Jr., Ryan Adam McDaniel and Courtney Marie McDaniel; his brother Thomas McDaniel (Paula) of Columbia, TN; his nephews, Lucas McDaniel, Jared Stevens, Travis McDaniel and Dillian Stevens; and also Dawn Marie McDaniel of Constantine.
