He was predeceased by: his father James Bouque; and his grandfather Jack Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Jennifer O'Shea; his stepfather Charlie Roberts of Constantine; his sisters, Taylor Gravel and Felicity Roberts of Constantine; his grandparents, Lorraine Taylor (Gary Akins) of Constantine, Glenn O'Shea of Ft. Myers, FL, Bill and Donna Gravel of Chesterton, IN; his aunt Courtney Jones (Jeff); his niece Elise of Naples, FL; his nephew Garrett Jones of Naples, FL; his uncle Jack "Pete" Taylor (Kris); his nephew Ben Taylor of Hobart, IN; and his stepfather Rob Gravel.

Current COVID-19 restrictions will be enforced and masks are required.
