She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Smith and Lura Smith (Kneller); her siblings, Joan Oxender, Lois Hassenger and Benton Alexander; and her stepbrothers, Charles Alexander and Arden Alexander.
She is survived by: her husband Guy Johnson; her sons, Richard Johnson, Ronald Johnson (Michelle) and John Johnson; and her sisters, Sally Stuby (Dale) and Susan Outman. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
