He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Conner and Gladys Conner (Whitehead); his wife Anna L. Boals; his children, William McArthur and Brenda Smith; his grandson Steven Smith; and his sister Judy Wolkins.
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Gross (Brian), Constantine, Edward McArthur, Malinda Quirin (Mark) and White Pigeon; his grandchildren, Michael, Kaitlyn, Riley, A. J., Andy, Kevin, Matt, Haley, Sherry, Randi, Aaron and Kathleen; and his siblings, Mary Linton and Frank Conner (Rosamary).
