He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jones and Alice Jones (Leister); and his brothers, Richard, Paul, Dale and Bob Forsyth.
He is survived by: his wife Janis Jones; his children, Vinette Reames (Andy), Dan Jones (Shirley), Jerry Jones (Darcy) and Constantine; and his grandchildren, Jessee Schoetzow (Chelsea), Mitch Schoetzow (Ashley), Amy Hall (Seth), Ben Jones (Anna), Zoe, Jack and Brody Jones.
