He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lay of Constantine; his children, Kenneth Lay (June) and Heather Hooley; his stepdaughter Natalie Garret; his grandchildren, Cierra Lay, Ashley Hummel, Amber Hummel, Chelsea Wortinger, Kristina Wortinger and Kelsey Lehman; his great grandchildren, Ethan Evans, Kyra Wortinger, Bud Baker and Natalie Baker; and his siblings, Tommy Lay (Charlette), Louise Fisher, Patricia Wallace and Gale Elsworth.
