He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann (Reiniche); and his sister Dana Moore. He is survived by: his children, Daniel, James and Tracy Miller (James); his grandchildren, Raeann Pruden (Nicholas) and Ryan Dean Miller; and his sisters, Debra Ryan (Steve) and Diane Cromwell.
