He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bereza and Betty Bereza. He is survived by: his wife Eleanore M. Bereza; his daughters, Marie Regan (James) and Catherine Bereza (Dave Harden); his grandchildren, Adam Woodcock (Anisha), Deidre Hutson (Richard), Anne Frazier (Alex), Cameron Hutson (Emelie) and Brendan Regan (Kayla); and his siblings, Sue Bereza and Richard Bereza (Judy). He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew and their children.
