He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Hosford; his sons, Robert Carl Shadowens Jr. (Kelly) and Michael Alan Shadowens (Erika); his son-in-law Mark Stowe; and his grandchildren, Nathan Stowe (Bethany), Eric Shadowens (Doreen), Joshua Shadowens (Jessica), Matthew Stowe (Bailey), Erin Shadowens (Andrew), Jordan Shadowens (Ale), Adam Stowe (Kiersten), Alex Shadowens (Kaylee), Katherine Stevens (Aaron), Rachael Engwall (Josh), Sarah Shadowens, Leah Bovard (Charlie), Alyssa Shadowens, Carl Shadowens and Chase Shadowens.
