She was predeceased by: the father of her children Norman C. Smith; her sister Marlene Skok (Al); and her parents, Alice Babka and Michael Babka. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Bogard (Gary), Charles Smith (Laura), Susan VanHolstyn (Alexander) and Scott Smith (Jane Rabe); her granddaughter Lisa VanDyke (Kevin); her children, Heather Cates (Jason), Derek Bogard (Nicole), Travis Smith (Dabney), Bradley Smith (Annie), Kelsey Burk, Russell VanHolstyn (Kirsten), Corey VanHolstyn, Sarah Merriman (Jeremiah), Alexandria Schmoekel (Aaron) and Emily Rabe; her great grandchildren, Brandon VanDyke (Rachel Hunt), Austin VanDyke (Lauren Halas), Kaleb, Kaylee Wolffis, Kyler Bogard, Bailey Glasstetter (Garrett), Taylor Bogard, Cassidy Rodriguez (Jordan), Carter, Jadelyn Burk, Henry, Evelyn Smith, Caiden Gibson, Jayda VanHolstyn, Mila VanHolstyn, Caydence, Madisyn, Chase Merriman, Harper and Max Schmoekel; her great great grandchild Lyla Glasstetter; her brother Michael; and her sister-in-law Barbara Babka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
