She was predeceased by: her husband William Hoffman (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Skip Hoffman (Laine), Karen Oxner and Jim Hoffman (Sandy). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Messiah Lutheran Church in Patricia's memory.
