He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Kimble and Cloey Kimble; his wife Marjorie; his son Oscar; and his brothers, Everett, Virgil, Ray and Robert.

He is survived by: his children, Linda (Robert Standley), Robert (Linda Kimble), Patrick (Mary Ellen Kimble), Jack (Crystal Kimble) and Susen (Carlton Adams). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
