He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Steffens; his children, Edward Steffens (Cindi Tolhurst), Donald Steffens and Theresa DeArmond; his grandchildren, Jenny Steffens, Ashley DeArmond, Samantha Core (Ryan) and Marissa Steffens; his great grandchildren, Ava DeArmond, Tyler Galinis, Glen, Jane, Kathleen Core and Baby Core; his sister Rosemary Arends; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Steffens, Sharon Carlson (Dave), Bonnie Alt, Jane Berg and George (Mickey).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Beuschel Funeral Home (5018 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, MI 49321). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1200 Alpine Church Rd NW, Comstock Park, MI 49321).
