He is survived by: his children, Jack, Nicolle Mackinnon, Katie, Ben Lucas and Steven Mackinnon; his grandchildren, Liam, Olivia and Lucy; his sister Lynn (David Christianson); his nephews, Andrew and Jack; his niece Kathryn; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Skylar, Madison, Jack and Ryan.
