She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Parris; her parents, Clyde Noom and Louise Noom; her sister Patricia; her brother-in-law David Nielsen; her brother Eugene C.; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Noom, Mark Travis and Alma Malfroid.
She is survived by: her children, Sheri Millar (William) and William R. Parris (Ruth); her grandchildren, Jessica Ouzts (Jessy), Tanya Thomas (Steven) and Kurt Parris (Amelia); her great grandchildren, Chloe and Blake Ouzts; her siblings, Duane Noom (Kay), Randall Noom and Connie Travis; and her siblings-in-law, Russ, Jerry, Chris, John, Kevin, Craig, Michael Parris, Valerie and Margret. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of William and Janice, memorial contributions may be made to the North Park Baptist Church building fund.
