He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Bozek and Betty Bozek (Stuart); his wife Patricia Bozek (Siegel); his brother Dan Bozek; and his siblings-in-law, John Twiss, Sandy Siegel and Greg Siegel.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Twiss, Tom Bozek (Lynne) and Mike Bozek (Sue); and his brothers-in-law, Tim Siegel, Jerry Siegel, Kevin Siegel (Judy) and Dennis Siegel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
