He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores Walker (Sabb) and Robert T. Lowe; and his brother Charles Walker. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Lowe (Maurer); his children, Robert Lowe Jr. (Stacey), Jennifer Bush (Lowe) and Hollie Bottiglia (Lowe) (Roland); his grandchildren, Joshua Lowe, Jeffrey Lowe, Mathew Lowe, Megan Bush, Michael Lowe, Jacob Bush, Ella Bush, Rollie Bottiglia and Andelyn Bottiglia; his great grandchild Ember Sage; and his siblings, Debbie Putnam and Steven Walker (Esther). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Those wishing to make a donation are asked to consider St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
