He is survived by: his wife Sandy Holmes; his children, Aaron (Tina), Paul (Brittany), Malisa Burt (Steven), Melanie Foszcz (Darrin) and Dr. Lynette Mahoney (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Morgan Folino (Justin), Alaina Lopp (Nathan), A. J. Folino, Ethan Burt, Quinn Mahoney, Ashley Foszcz, Norah Mahoney, Alex Witt and Liam Witt.
