He is survived by: his wife Linda Gilchrist; his children, Fabien Hoban (Les), Christian Gilchrist and Jason Gilchrist; his grandchildren, Jack, Max, Grant, Zach, Noah and Jonas; his great grandchildren, Eden and Evelyn; and his brothers, David Gilchrist (Grace) and John Gilchrist (Rosemary).
