He was predeceased by: his daughter Erin M. Velthuysen; his sister Loretta Goch; and his parents, John Goch and Virginia Goch. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Goch (Owsinski); his son Adam Goch (Sarah); his grandchildren, Benjamin Goch, Evan Goch, Lily Velthuysen and Lainey Velthuysen; his brother David Goch; and his son-in-law Joseph Velthuysen.
