He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ellerholtz and Patricia St. Henry. He is survived by: his wife Denise Ellerholtz; his daughter Stephanie Ellerholtz; his sister Linda Rookus (John); his nephew Erik Haaseth (Diana); his great-niece Madelyn; his nephew Jay Haaseth (Gwyn); his great-nephew Sean; and his great-niece Sara. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
