She was predeceased by: her parents, George Galanski and Lillian Galanski; her husband Edward Ontko; her daughter Mary Ontko; and her siblings, Stanley Galanski, Hedwig Galanski, Michael Galanski, Edmond Galanski, Regina Kryska, Chester Galanski, Alexandra Prokop, Henry Joseph "Butch" Galanski and Theresa Witkowski.
She is survived by: her children, George Ontko (Susan) and Michaline Ferrara (Tom); and her grandchildren, T. J. Ferrara (Natasha), Kelli Petersmark (Chris) and Emily Ontko.
