He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimer Kurzeja and Genevieve Kurzeja (Swierk); and his sister Chris Schulte (Jim). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn (Luttenberger); his children, Debbie Jok (late Rick), Fred Kurzeja, Jr. and Linda Riskin (Barry Jay); his sister Camille Bobowski (Richard); his sister-in-law Janet Simon (Steve); his grandchildren, Laura, Ryan Jok (Alexine), Rachel Lehman (Jeff), Kevin Kurzeja (Jaclyn), Matthew and Madeline Reynolds; and his great grandchild Logan Jok. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
