He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Donigan and Ruth Donigan; and his siblings, Richard W. Donigan and June D. Engebretson (Selmer). He is survived by: his wife Hannah Provence Donigan; his children, Alison A. Donigan (Gayle Richards), Jeannine D. Hales (David), Devany D. Eidemiller (Martin) and Kevin D. Donigan (Judy); his grandchildren, Delaney P. Angelillo, Brendon D. Angelillo, Davis K. Donigan (Lily), Matthew D. Hales, Garrett J. Donigan and Madison D. Hales; and his sister-in-law Martha A. Park. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many "bonus" sons and daughters.
