He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Schneider); his children, Scott Carter (Audrey) and Judy Carter; his grandchildren, Maeona Carter (Derek), Benjamin Carter (Amy), Korrin Carter (Kevin), Kyle Smith (Hannah), Jordan Carter (Kellie) and Breanne Smith (Dominic); his great grandchildren, Oona, Landen, Emmett, Declan, Aidan, Kalan, Violet and Paisley; and his brother Lynn Carter (Sharon).
