He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Bills; his parents, Richard Bills and Nancy Bills; his children, Billie Jean Bills (Jay) and Gregory Todd Bills (Buffy); his siblings, Rick Bills (Anita), Bob Bills (Manvella), Jeff Bills (Lisa), Tim Bills (Ellyn), Jason Bills (Christal), Terry Bills-Sundberg (Bob), Dawn Thayer (Ivor), Debbie Gusler (John) and Rexann Chischilly (Jason); his grandchildren, Cullen, Jessica Durfee, Kyla and Jacob Durfee; his sisters-in-law, Gwen Mallett, Donita Charron (Henry) and Judy Rouleau (Mike); and his brother Gregory Bills. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
