With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Christopher Kwiatkowski (Columbus, Michigan), who passed away on November 26, 2018 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Mari-Jo Kwiatkowski and Mark Kwiatkowski; his siblings, Philip Kwiatkowski (Angela) and Megan Pingilley (Steve); and his cousin Joe Kinney.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in order to cover medical bills.
