He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Crooks (Cathey) and Heather Crooks; his siblings, Mary Crooks, Gale Crooks, Clayton Crooks (Donna) and Kay Carrasco (Robert); his grandchildren, Olivia, Grace, Graeme, Evan and Azalea; his great grandchild Elisha; and his aunt Edith Mays. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
