He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Joyce Maxwell (Morris) and Thomas G. Maxwell; and his brother-in-law Gerald Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his stepsons, Erik Foxall (Jessica) and Anthony Garlock; his sister Linda Richmond; his niece Susan Flamini (Keith); and his nephews, Jerry Richmond (Amanda) and Rob Richmond (Sarah). He is also survived by his family and friends.
