He is survived by: his mother Josephine Phillips; his wife Julianne; his daughters, Amanda, Jodi and Alison; his brothers, Jeff Phillips (Michelle), Mark Phillips (Lori) and Pete Phillips (Denise); and his grandchildren, Gabe, Christy, Reed, Araeah, Shane, Karter, Maci, Lucas, Tucker, Sawyer and Ava.
