She was predeceased by: her son Jack Horner; her parents, Arthur C. Cummins and Ethel M. Carpenter Cummins; and her siblings, James, Frances, Robert (Bob), Betty, Mary, Judy, Charles and Maureen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Wunderlich of Jasper, Indiana, Janis Kirchner of Buford, Georgia and Denise Phillips of Columbiaville, MI; her sisters, Dorothy and Mona; and her grandchildren, Michelle, Jerod, Justin, Stephanie, Stephen, Lindsay of Natalie, CJ, Lacey and Britton. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local hospice organization or animal rescue agency.
