He was predeceased by: his spouses, Patricia Turner and Jewell Oscar Turner; and his children, Willard Oscar Jr. (late Kathrina) and Tammy Baird. He is survived by: his children, Robin Beach (Randy), Shawn Turner (Carolyn), Tanya Turner, Brett Turner, Kelly Moore (Jerry) and Scott Turner (Stacy); his brother Orrin Turner; and his sister-in-law Thelma Turner. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and loving friends.
