He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Shelby Grimsley (Shawn) and Matt Clark (Lorri); his brothers, Duane Clark, Jerry Clark (Denise) and Norman Clark (Kris); his brothers-in-law, Rod Fuller (Darlene) and Kevin Fuller; his grandchildren, Savannah (Tyler), Trenton and Brooklin; and his great grandchild Mayleigh.
