He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Howell and Noreen Howell (Ward); and his brother Terry Howell. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Thrower (Tom), Kelly Bernard (Mike), Anna Howell (DJ) and Randi Behrens (Jared); his grandchildren, Paige, Lily, Michael, Taylor, Noah, Nathan and Wesley; his sister Pam Baxter; and his close friend Vinnie.
